Chef Ross Melling, a veteran of Michelin-starred kitchens like Per Se, The French Laundry, and Bouchon, will be behind the stove to prepare a few classic ‘50s dishes while we pour the 2022 Estate Chardonnay and 2022 Linda Falls Cabernet Sauvignon, not to mention a few library selections from our personal cellar.
