Chef Ross Melling, a veteran of Michelin-starred kitchens returns venturing forward in time from Mid-Century to the 1970’s with French Nouvelle Cuisine. This was a groundbreaking movement that broke away from traditional Haute Cuisine. Introducing new techniques that transformed from heavy elaborate dishes to the simplicity and elegance preserved in seasonal ingredients and natural textures and flavors.

Luminary Harvest Weekend 2025

This weekend will mark a fabulous kickoff to Napa Valley’s much anticipated Harvest Season with signature events at Burgess, Stony Hill, Heitz Cellar, and Ink Grade and pay homage to the spirit of community among the Napa Valley’s pioneering families in its golden age.
Tickets for these intimate events can be purchased individually or as a package. Space is limited for each of these intimate events, so we encourage securing tickets as soon as possible.

With winemaker Reid Griggs leading a discussion and tasting, we’ll debut and take a deep dive into our new Côtes Series of Cabernet Sauvignons, tasting barrel samples, library wines, as well as current vintages, paired with cheese and charcuterie.
