We first planted White Riesling in 1948 and much of our Riesling still comes from the fruit of these original vines. We make this wine off-dry, with a residual sugar content of one percent or below.
When young, the wine has appealing floral and fruity aromas and flavors. As it ages, it develops complexity and sophistication in the tradition of German Rieslings.

Food Pairing Suggestions and Recipes
Stony Hill's White Riesling is off-dry, containing less than one percent residual sugar and nicely balanced with crisp acidity. We serve it as an aperitif or first course wine, very often with Dungeness crab hors d'oeuvres and vegetable soups with a bit of sweetness.
